National Recognition for Commitment to Occupational Safety and Health

At a ceremonial event held at the Palace of Serbia, the “April 28” charters and commendations were awarded – national recognitions presented by the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, through the Directorate for Safety and Health at Work.

Among this year’s recipients was 14. OKTOBAR d.o.o. Kruševac, and the commendation was received on behalf of the company by Dragana Marinković, in recognition of her outstanding and continuous efforts in raising awareness among employees about the importance of occupational safety and health.

At 14. OKTOBAR, we believe that safety and health at work are not just legal obligations – they are the foundation of a culture based on responsibility, mutual respect, and care for each individual. This recognition is proof that we live these values and apply them consistently in our daily work.

We are proud of our team that works diligently to create a safer and better working environment, and we are sincerely grateful to all employees – especially our management – for their support, vision, and active involvement, which are the pillars of our success in this important field.

For us, this is not just an award – it is a confirmation that it is possible to build a workplace where every effort is acknowledged, and the life and health of every employee are top priorities.
