At the end of July 2025, the “14. Oktobar” factory in Kruševac — a member of the industrial group “Czechoslovak Group” (CSG) — will begin construction of new production and storage facilities. This investment is part of a broader development cycle worth a total of €25 million, aimed at modernizing and expanding production capacities and upgrading the factory’s technology.
In the first phase of the project, which will last until October 2026, a new production hall will be built for the forging plant. It will be equipped with state-of-the-art machines and technology for manufacturing both existing and new products. In addition, the construction of an open and covered warehouse is planned, along with supporting roads and a new landfill for production waste materials.
Out of the total investment, €5 million will be allocated to construction, while €20 million will be used for the procurement of the most advanced equipment. The new forging facility will not replace the old one, but will instead be automated and integrated into the new production system — with a special focus on sustainability and energy-efficient operations.
“This investment is a key step toward meeting global standards in production and the development of new products. In this way, we ensure competitiveness in the global market and contribute to sustainable development — both of the factory and the local community,” said General Director Petar Miljković.

The plan projects that the factory will achieve an annual revenue of €30 million in 2025, with an expected increase to €42 million in 2026 and the creation of 50 new jobs. By 2027, a significant revenue jump is anticipated — reaching as much as €70 million. In addition to developing capacities for defense production, further investments are planned in the civilian sector, contributing to greater business stability and diversification of the production portfolio.
The new facilities and modernized infrastructure will enable more efficient organization of the production process and a higher level of workplace safety. Today, the “14. Oktobar d.o.o. Kruševac” factory employs around 370 workers and has been successfully operating for eight years as part of the Czechoslovak Group — a company known for its strategic investments in industrial capacities across Europe and beyond.
