The role of shift leaders in production goes far beyond task delegation – they are the team’s backbone, process coordinators, and a vital bridge between operational and management levels. That’s why investing in their empowerment and development is essential to the success of any production system.
With this in mind, we recently organized a training session titled “Leading People in Production”, focused on enhancing leadership skills, communication, and team management in everyday operations.
The training was led by Tijana Damjanac from MCB, whose professional approach, practical advice, and inspiring delivery were met with overwhelmingly positive feedback. Our young leaders immediately recognized the value of the tools and knowledge they gained – and how useful they are for their daily challenges on the production floor.
