The final conference of the CSG Talent Program 2024 was held on December 5, 2024 and represented an exceptional opportunity to summarize the results of this prestigious project, but also to celebrate the successful work and achievements of talented employees. This event brought together the best talent from different CSG divisions, and the final conference was the culmination of months of work, learning and joint development.
We are especially proud of the participation of our colleagues, Vladislav Grubač and Slobodan Pajić, whose work and dedication are a true example of the values that the CSG Talent Program promotes. Through such engagement, the program not only contributes to the development of individuals, but also to the strengthening of the entire organization, creating the basis for future growth and innovation.
